I have no clue who designed and created the first buckle card, but they sure were clever! I don't make them very often but I really like them. Here's one I made using Stampin' UP's "Doodle This" stamp set from the spring mini catalog. The scan doesn't show it well, but both the center and the dots on the flower have glitter on them.
