KITTY BEE DESIGNS

I have been asked to be on the design team for Kitty Bee Designs! I have accepted my new challenge and will start designing for them beginning in the month of August.
I've never been on a design team before and look forward to being part of the team and designing cards for them using their cute images.

Until next time.....

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I bought this die several months ago and had never done anything with it. This month over at CardCamp we were paired up and supposed to make an " anything goes" swap card. I decided to finally use my teacups die.
Using a white base, I added some SU Certainly Celery, Basic Black, and white card stock layers on top. Here are the other products that I used to complete my teacup card.
MFT - DP Dots & Stripes Neutrals Collection
MFT -  Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frame Die-namics
Poppy Stamps - Teacup Stack Die
VIP's - Sentiment Stamp
2 White enamel dots
There you have it..... a finished teacups card!  I am sending it to my stamping friend, Paula.  I really like how it turned out, I hope she likes it too.

Until next time...

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Here's the fathers day card I made for Steven this year. He loves to golf and I thought this image of Gordon Golfer by Art Impressions was perfect for his card.
Here are the other things that were used to make his card...
SU- Wild Wasabi card stock
SU- Night of Navy card stock
SU- Yo Yo Yellow card stock
Designer paper was in my stash bin. Unknown who the manufacturer is
MFT- Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX Die-namics
MFT-Fishtail Flag Frames Die-namics
Copics- various colors
Foam Squares to raise the image up on the card

I also used 3 yellow dots on the card that were made using Nuvo Crystal drops. I used the Dandelion Yellow gloss and I love how they came out. I really like using enamel dots on my cards so being able to make them using Nuvo drops is a great find.  Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there...

Until next time...

We sometimes forget some of the retired stamp sets we have. They get moved to the back of the closet and the new stuff is what we play with. This card was made with a great stamp set called In Full Bloom by Stampin' UP! that has been retired for a few years now. An oldie but goodie!
Here are the other products that I used to make my card...
MFT - Elf Green Dye Ink
SU - Regal Rose Ink
SU - Crushed Curry Ink
MFT - Watercolor Wash DP
SU - Rose Red Card stock
SU - Garden Green Card stock
Hero Arts Sentiments Stamp Set
Wink of Stella - for the large flower
Blender

Until next time...
