I couldn't wait to get home tonight so I could post my first card for the Blogger's Challenge! This week was an inspiration challenge #159.The DP is from a retired series called Petals & Paisleys and Au Chocolat, both by Stampin' UP. Along with the DP is Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, and Neenah Solar White card stock.
The little owl image is from a great clear stamp set designed by Hot Fudge Studio for Hampton Art, and stamped using Memento's Tuxedo Black ink. Copics used were E00, E31, E35, and E55. Stampin' Up markers in So Saffron and Tempting Turquoise were also used. To finish it off, I sewed a straight stitch border around the card, and added 3 little turquoise colored snaps that matched perfectly!
